Benefit Concerts
Melica loves giving back to the community by performing in benefit concerts, volunteering for different events around town, and giving back to the communities that support us! Here are just some of the big events that we perform in.

Girls Night Out
Girl's Night Out (GNO) is Melica's annual benefit concert raising money toward the Clare House of Lancaster, a women's shelter helping homeless women and children receive safety, support, and help to get back on their feet again. This is the only show annually that has all women performers, inviting women from other performing art clubs such as Vocalign, Theatre, Mad Cow Improv Troupe, Sweet Ophelia (Franklin and Marshall), Vocal Harmonix (Lancaster, PA), and Emotion Dance Club.
In 2026, we also donated part of the proceeds to PA Immigrant and Refugee Network. We raised $1,319 for both organizations! Thank you so much to everyone that came out to support!

This is an event where people play games, eat food, watch the performing arts clubs perform, and do laps around the Gynasium, raising awareness and money for an important cause.

Best Buddies
Elizabethtown College has an active Best Buddies chapter with a focus on building friendships and promoting inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a proud supporter of them and perform in events such as Best Buddies Friendship Walk and their Winter Karaoke Night.

One Elle of a Night
One Elle of a Night is hosted at Elizabethtown College by the Elizabethtown College Dance Team (ECDT) in support of the Elle Foundation. The Elle Foundation is in support of Lauren Richmond, also known as Elle, who was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer when she was 10. This foundation raises money towards pediatric cancer patients with the goal of uplifting children.
